2. Who Can Purchase
Our products and services are intended for business customers (B2B) only. By purchasing, you confirm that you are acting in a business capacity and not as a consumer.
3. Products & Services
We offer digital procurement tools and advisory services, including the Sourcing Opportunity Radar.
Product descriptions, pricing, and features are clearly displayed before checkout. We reserve the right to update or discontinue products at any time.
Our services include both one-off digital products and subscription-based services.
4. Order Process & Payment
Orders are placed via our website.
Full payment is required at checkout.
We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer (where applicable).
Prices are displayed in the currency stated at checkout and may be subject to VAT depending on location
5. Delivery of Digital Products
Upon purchase, you will receive an email confirmation.
For products requiring input (e.g. Radar), you will be asked to complete a short intake form.
Delivery is typically within 3 working days after receiving the completed form, unless otherwise stated.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital and customised services, we do not offer automatic refunds once work has started.
If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at info@spl-partners.co.uk.
7. Use of Our Services
You may not resell, duplicate, or distribute our digital products without prior written permission. All content and tools are provided for internal business use only.
8. Data & Privacy
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in line with GDPR and other relevant international regulations. By using our services, you consent to this.
9. Subscription Services – Prophet Network
The Prophet Network is a subscription-based digital service operated by SPL Partners Ltd.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in GBP (£) via Stripe and renew automatically unless cancelled.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Stripe customer portal.
Cancellation will stop future charges. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, unused time, or missed sessions.
Access & Availability
Content is delivered digitally and may include recorded video, live sessions, written materials, and community access.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace content formats while maintaining overall value.
Fair Use
Subscriptions are for individual or agreed business use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPL Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits or business interruption, arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific product or service in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
The services provided are informational and advisory in nature and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. Business decisions remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
11. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
12. International Use
SPL Partners operates globally and provides services to business clients in multiple jurisdictions.
While these Terms are governed by UK law, we will comply with any mandatory local laws that apply to our services or transactions, where required. If you are accessing our services from outside the UK, it is your responsibility to ensure your use complies with local legal requirements.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the use of subscription-based services is permitted within their organisation and jurisdiction.
